Overview
This project aims to help teachers optimize class management and home-school communication, reducing the workload of teachers in parent groups. It uses AI to enhance the communication efficiency between teachers and parents, minimizing the time teachers spend on home-school communication outside of working hours. The project helps parents obtain information about their children's school performance more quickly and efficiently, reducing the time spent searching through parent groups and allowing them to gain more targeted insights into their children's progress at school.

Understanding the complete user journey helps us design a more effective solution that addresses real pain points in home-school communication. Analyzing existing solutions in the market helps us identify gaps and opportunities for innovation in home-school communication tools.
Implementation
Using the KANO model to prioritize features based on their impact on user satisfaction and identify must-have, should-have, and nice-to-have features. The system leverages LLM to understand context, generate appropriate responses, and provide personalized information to parents while maintaining the human touch in teacher-parent relationships.
